Like Water for Chocolate
Jacques invited Gabriella Gershenson, food editor of Time Out New York magazine, to join him for an afternoon’s fishing off the shores of Manhattan. After a paella lunch prepared dockside, it was off to catch dinner. Gabriella learned how to reel in her catch and the “sweet spot” in which to find them. Her striped bass was then prepared by Jacques for a table full of family and friends. Gabriella shares her adventure in the May/June issue of Edible Manhattan.
